These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Welixa website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
– Engage in fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or illegal activities.
– Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
– Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
– Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
– Harvest or collect information about other users without consent.
– Use automated means (bots, scripts, scraping) to access the Service.
3. Account Registration
Certain features require creating an account. You agree to:

4. User Content

By submitting content, you grant Welixa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and moderate it solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Community Guidelines
The community is a space for respectful sharing of personal experiences. You agree not to post:
– Medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
– Hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or illegal content.
– Promotional or commercial material without permission.
Welixa reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and technology in the Service are owned by Welixa or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are subject to the pricing displayed at purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel through your app store account settings. Upon cancellation, access may be downgraded to free features and certain data may become inaccessible.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welixa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Welixa provides the Service “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Welixa is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Review their terms before use.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (or the jurisdiction of Thirty Trees LLC), without regard to conflict of law principles.
